Tóm tắt. Vững Lái không có tài khoản, không quảng cáo, không dùng công cụ phân tích hay theo dõi. Hình ảnh camera và vị trí GPS được xử lý ngay trên điện thoại và không gửi về máy chủ nào. Chúng tôi không thu thập, không bán và không chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Dữ liệu chỉ rời khỏi máy khi chính bạn chủ động chia sẻ.

1. Chúng tôi là ai

Vững Lái là ứng dụng thuộc thương hiệu DanAI, do cá nhân Vũ Đức Dân (Dan Vu) phát triển và phát hành tại Việt Nam (sau đây gọi là “chúng tôi”). Chúng tôi chịu trách nhiệm về chính sách này.

2. Ứng dụng xử lý những dữ liệu nào, để làm gì

Nhật ký kỹ thuật: các cảnh báo đã phát (thời điểm, loại, khoảng cách ước lượng) và thông số như phiên bản ứng dụng, dòng máy, phiên bản Android, nhiệt độ, tốc độ khung hình, trạng thái hiệu chỉnh. Nhật ký nhận diện chi tiết chỉ ghi khi bạn bật “Ghi nhật ký để cải thiện ứng dụng” (mặc định tắt). Không có hình ảnh, không có vị trí.	Giúp tìm lỗi khi bạn cần hỗ trợ.	Trên máy. Chỉ rời máy khi bạn tự bấm chia sẻ qua bảng chia sẻ của Android và chọn nơi nhận (ví dụ email gửi cho chúng tôi).
Giao dịch “Ủng hộ tác giả” (tuỳ chọn)	Hoàn tất khoản ủng hộ qua Google Play.	Thanh toán do Google Play xử lý theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google. Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu số thẻ hay thông tin thanh toán của bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ nhận xác nhận giao dịch ngay trên máy để hoàn tất khoản ủng hộ; thư viện Google Play Billing có thể gửi thông tin kỹ thuật về giao dịch cho Google.

Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tên, số điện thoại, email, danh bạ, micro, ảnh trong máy hay bất kỳ thông tin nhận dạng nào. Ứng dụng không có tính năng nào gửi dữ liệu của bạn lên Internet. Quyền truy cập mạng trong ứng dụng chỉ có vì thư viện Google Play Billing (dùng khi bạn chọn ủng hộ) và thư viện vị trí của Google Play services cần đến.

3. Quyền truy cập trên máy

Camera (bắt buộc): để phân tích đường phía trước, xử lý ngay trên máy.
Vị trí chính xác / xấp xỉ (chỉ khi đang dùng ứng dụng): để biết tốc độ xe. Nếu bạn từ chối, ứng dụng vẫn mở được nhưng không so được khoảng cách theo tốc độ.
Rung: để cảnh báo bằng rung.
Thanh toán Google Play: chỉ dùng cho khoản ủng hộ tự nguyện.

Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền bất cứ lúc nào trong phần Cài đặt của Android.

4. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán, không cho thuê và không chia sẻ dữ liệu của bạn với bên thứ ba. Ứng dụng không chứa SDK quảng cáo, phân tích hay báo lỗi tự động. Giọng nói cảnh báo dùng công cụ chuyển văn bản thành giọng nói có sẵn trên điện thoại (ví dụ dịch vụ giọng nói của Google); ứng dụng chỉ chuyển cho công cụ này các câu cảnh báo, không kèm dữ liệu cá nhân. Vị trí được lấy qua dịch vụ vị trí của Android và Google Play services trên máy; Google xử lý dữ liệu của dịch vụ này theo chính sách và cài đặt vị trí của Google trên điện thoại bạn.

Chúng tôi chỉ cung cấp thông tin khi pháp luật Việt Nam bắt buộc và theo yêu cầu hợp lệ của cơ quan có thẩm quyền, nhưng trên thực tế chúng tôi không nắm giữ dữ liệu sử dụng của bạn.

5. Lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệu

Mọi dữ liệu nêu trên nằm trên điện thoại của bạn cho tới khi bạn xoá. Để xoá toàn bộ: vào Cài đặt Android → Ứng dụng → Vững Lái → Bộ nhớ → Xoá dữ liệu, hoặc gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng. Ứng dụng tắt sao lưu tự động của Android, nên dữ liệu không được sao lưu lên tài khoản Google của bạn.

Nếu bạn gửi email hoặc nhật ký kỹ thuật cho chúng tôi, chúng tôi chỉ dùng để trả lời và sửa lỗi, giữ không quá 12 tháng, và xoá sớm hơn khi bạn yêu cầu.

6. Bảo mật

Dữ liệu được lưu trong vùng lưu trữ riêng mà Android cấp cho ứng dụng, các ứng dụng khác không đọc được. Vì không gửi dữ liệu qua mạng nên không có dữ liệu nào của bạn nằm trên máy chủ của chúng tôi. Ứng dụng chặn kết nối không mã hoá. Bạn nên đặt khoá màn hình cho điện thoại để bảo vệ dữ liệu trên máy.

7. Trẻ em

Vững Lái dành cho người lái xe có giấy phép lái xe, từ 18 tuổi trở lên. Ứng dụng không hướng tới trẻ em và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin của trẻ em.

8. Quyền của bạn

Theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có quyền được biết, đồng ý hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá, hạn chế xử lý dữ liệu và khiếu nại. Vì dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên máy của bạn, bạn tự thực hiện các quyền này trực tiếp: tắt tuỳ chọn trong ứng dụng, thu hồi quyền trong Cài đặt Android, hoặc xoá dữ liệu ứng dụng. Với thông tin bạn đã gửi cho chúng tôi qua email, hãy liên hệ để được xem hoặc xoá; chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày.

9. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang. Nếu thay đổi làm khác đi cách dữ liệu được xử lý (ví dụ thêm tính năng cần gửi dữ liệu ra khỏi máy), chúng tôi sẽ thông báo trong ghi chú cập nhật trên Google Play và trong ứng dụng, và xin sự đồng ý của bạn khi pháp luật yêu cầu, trước khi thay đổi có hiệu lực.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails.

Summary. Vững Lái has no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking. Camera images and GPS location are processed on your phone and are never sent to any server. We do not collect, sell or share your personal data. Data leaves your phone only when you choose to share it yourself.

1. Who we are

Vững Lái is an app of the DanAI brand, developed and published in Vietnam by the individual developer Vũ Đức Dân (Dan Vu) (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for this policy.

2. What the app processes and why

Data	Purpose	Where and how long
Rear camera images	Detect the vehicle ahead, lane markings and speed-limit signs; estimate distance; calibrate the camera angle automatically.	Processed in memory in real time, then discarded. Not stored, not sent (except the optional recording below).
Location (precise and approximate), only while the app is in use	Read your speed from GPS to pick the matching safe distance.	Not stored unless you turn on “Save GPS route”. Never sent. The app does not use location in the background.

A detailed detection log is written only if you turn on “Log to improve the app” (off by default). No images, no location.	Helps us find problems when you ask for support.	On your phone. It leaves the phone only if you tap share in the Android share sheet and pick a destination yourself (for example, an email to us).
“Support the developer” tips (optional)	Complete a voluntary tip through Google Play.	Payments are handled by Google Play under the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive or store your card or payment details. The app only receives the purchase confirmation on your phone to complete the tip; the Google Play Billing library may send technical transaction information to Google.

The app does not ask for your name, phone number, email, contacts, microphone, photos or any identifier. No app feature sends your data to the internet. The app declares network access only because the Google Play Billing library (used when you choose to tip) and the Google Play services location library require it.

3. Device permissions

Camera (required): to analyse the road ahead, on the device.
Precise / approximate location (only while the app is in use): to know your speed. If you decline, the app still opens but cannot compare distance against speed.
Vibration: for vibration alerts.
Google Play billing: only for voluntary tips.

You can revoke any permission at any time in Android Settings.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties. The app contains no advertising, analytics or automatic crash-reporting SDK. Voice alerts use the text-to-speech engine already on your phone (for example, Google’s speech services); the app passes it only the alert sentences, with no personal data. Location is obtained through the location services of Android and Google Play services on your phone; Google handles that service’s data under its own policy and the location settings on your phone.

We would disclose information only where Vietnamese law requires it in response to a valid request from a competent authority; in practice we hold no usage data about you.

5. Retention and deletion

All of the data above stays on your phone until you delete it. To delete everything, open Android Settings → Apps → Vững Lái → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app. The app opts out of Android auto-backup, so its data is not backed up to your Google account.

If you email us or send us a technical log, we use it only to reply and fix problems, keep it for no longer than 12 months, and delete it sooner on request.

6. Security

Data is kept in the private storage Android gives the app, which other apps cannot read. Because nothing is sent over the network, none of your data sits on our servers. The app blocks unencrypted connections. We recommend using a screen lock to protect the data on your phone.

7. Children

Vững Lái is intended for licensed drivers aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect children’s information.

8. Your rights

Under Vietnamese personal data protection law you have the right to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, and to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to complain. Because the data lives only on your phone, you exercise these rights directly: switch options off in the app, revoke permissions in Android Settings, or clear the app’s data. For anything you have emailed us, contact us to see or delete it; we reply within 30 days.

9. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update this page and the effective date at the top. If a change affects how data is handled (for example, a new feature that sends data off the phone), we will announce it in the Google Play release notes and in the app, and ask for your consent where the law requires, before the change takes effect.
